Fleur is a 45-seat dining room nestled within The Royal Hotel, showcasing local produce through a French lens.
We have 38 hours a week available (Tuesday to Saturday shifts) for a Junior or Senior Chef de Partie with
- Experience in a high-end dining establishment
- Ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations rationally
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Full Australian working rights (no sponsorships available)

Busselton Pavilion is the latest venue to join Parker Group, the team behind prominent Perth venues such as The Royal and Dandelion.
Busselton Pavilion is a multifaceted dining destination in the newly refurbished Busselton Central, recently opened in the new year with great feedback from both industry and locals. The venue is comprised of a wine store, restaurant, beer garden, along with private dining and a mezzanine function space.
What you bring
- Sound knowledge of food, produce and suppliers
- Experience in a high volume a-la-carte restaurant
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Understanding of current food and beverage trends
- Relevant qualification in Commercial Cookery
